Change is Good, Right?

Dianjiang Kids is gearing up for some changes! Change is Good, Right?

Of course it is! We want to create yet a CLOSER community here and provide informative resources and articles to help support our DJ parents and families! With that said, in the coming month of March, we are going to be blogging to the bone and sharing informative articles, spotlights on our DJ families, photos of our kiddos, yummy Chinese recipes, happenings and updates about the orphanages, fundraiser information, special giveaways, contests and more!

We are currently accepting photos of your children to be placed on the blog and on our DJ website. We will not be using any names for the safety of our children. If you would like to have your child (s) photo in our gallery and on the blog, please send them to: marla@dianjiangkids.org Please place PHOTO in the subject line. Thanks to all of those that have responded to date. We have beautiful children! We will be posting our first round of photos on Friday, so be sure to check back!

Does your child have a birthday in the month of March or April? We want to know and celebrate her/him. Please send your birthday wishes to: marla@dianjiangkids.org. Please place BIRTHDAY in the subject line. Please only include the first name and last initial of your child. You can include any photos too! Please submit these asap!!!

Also, we are seeking some VIRTUAL VOLUNTEERS who are familiar with placing banners on blogs and around the internet. If you would be interested in placing our banner around the web, please contact marla@dianjiangkids.org. Please place VIRTUAL VOLUNTEER in the subject line. We want to increase awareness and support about our awesome organization and we would love your help!

On March 25, we will blog about our first book review. This month’s book will be:

Silent Tears, A Journey of Hope in a Chinese Orphanage by Kay Bratt

If you have read this book and would like to share your review, please send them to marla@dianjiangkids.org Please place BOOK REVIEW in the subject line. Reviews for this book will be accepted until March 20^th. Please try to keep your review to a paragraph or two. Also, if you have read a book or saw a movie that you like/didn’t like, please share them with me and we will put them on the review list! Thanks.
